Beneficiary Deed for Real Estate

An owner can create and record a deed that will transfer the real estate upon your death. The deed names the person or persons to receive title upon the event of your passing and does not take effect until you die. A beneficiary deed is flexible in that it can be revoked before you die. The beneficiary deed must contain specific required language, and it is signed, notarized and then recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.
